Angina

Many people collect Social Security Disability benefits for the condition known as angina each month. This is because an underlying condition is what causes the angina. Angina of the heart alone is very uncomfortable, with chest tightness, pressure and pain whenever a person exerts themselves. The heart muscle is being denied the proper amount of oxygen and blood. Those with unstable angina will have these symptoms even when they are resting. There are several types of angina that can affect different areas of the body, though most people think of the heart when the condition is mentioned. Weakness, excessive sweating, nausea and cramping can appear will all types of angina, and can be so severe that a person can become disabled and not be able to work. Those who suffer from angina can apply for disability benefits from Social Security in order to receive financial assistance each month.
